A graduate of Photo Electric Arts at the Ontario College of Art, Tom has been involved in the Toronto media arts scene for over 15 years as a member and director of several artist-run centres. He is a founder of Ping Media Network, which provides artists with a space, both technically and conceptually, to explore the growing potential of the Internet. He continues to play an active role in shaping InterAccess through his involvement in various committees and projects. Having exhibited a number of computer controlled installations, he is currently developing an online interactive art game. He also works as a cultural producer (artists workshops, exhibitions, projects), teacher (software tools, media design), programmer (database, server software) and designer (Web, CD-ROM, print).
