Born in 1964, Julie Anne Fox has been studying art for Technical School, in Toronto. She studied at the Toronto School of Art and the Ontario College of Art and Design. She completed a BFA at the University of Toronto, under the tutelage of Lisa Steele, Kim Tomczak, and Colin Campbell, where she developed her interest in video art.
