The need for rep and avant-garde cinema in the city of Hamilton Ontario produced an outdoor screening of short-length work by regional film producers known as Photophobia, now in it's 7th year. Through interviews with members of the selection committee, the festivals popularity, inspirations, goals, and common themes are discussed.
