Snowy Berlin Warms Kanadiers

A short review of the Canadian presence at the Berlin Film Festival. The festival's program director Weiland Speck declares that "Berlin audiences tend toward the critical and the racial, so Canadian films are well received". While it was Canada's most prominent year at the festival, none of the films were included in the main competition.
