Artist Daniel Barrow has created a 60 minute visual narrative entitled Every Time I See Your Picture I Cry. This project was screened at the Images Festival, which takes place annually in Toronto and took home the Grand Jury Prize in 2008. His created narrative tells the story of an artist/garbage man in the city of Winnipeg who collects information about the people whose garbage he collects. The work is presented as a series of drawings on transparancies that are animated through the use of a projector to a live audience.
