Marie-Hélène Consineau is a french Canadian filmmaker who has moved to Igloolik to create a video access centre for the women of the area. In this article she Susan Cole describes Consineau as a detected activist,artist and documenter. This can be seen in Before Tomorrow, a film by Consineau about the lives Inuit people in the Ninioq community.
