A review of some of the films included in 1981 CAPS Video Festival, a showcase of recipients of CAPS awards to result in a exhibition of contemporary video work. In 1981 the festival was proposed to tour nationally. The selection is a wide range of subject matter, and were split into categories of "Visual Fictions", "Electronic Subjectivities", and "Alternative Documentaries".
