In this article, Glyn Davies provides a review of a video show programmed by the Arts Council and held at the Serpentine Gallery. The international show featured a number of independent British artists. Of particular note to the author were works by David Hall as well as works by the Exploded Eye theatre company. The author also cites the way in which the video works were made accessible to viewers coming in and out of the gallery.
