Katerina Cizek's Out of my Window is her most recent multi-year, multi-media, collaborative documentary project. The collection of 49 narratives takes place in the densely packed urban spaces of highrise buildings across the globe. Her piece intends to invite audience members to contemplate the themes of geo-politics and domesticity. As an interactive piece, audience members are presented with the opportunity to select specific narratives, ranging from narratives taking place in the highrise buildings of Toronto to the violent neighbourhoods of Johannesburg.
