Fuse, Spring 2012, v. 35, no. 2, pp. 34-36

This review discusses Roz Owen and Jim Miller's feature-length documentary Portrait of Resistance: The Art and Activism of Carol Condé and Karl Beveridge. The film looks at the collaborative work of these two artists, and how their art has evolved since they began working together in the mid-1970s. The review praises the film for the way the way it combines biography, portraiture, and historical and critical commentary, and gives importance to Condé and Beveridge, who have often been overlooked by the mainstream art world.
