Ant Farm (members Chip Lord, Doug Michels, Curtis Schreier) describe a July 4th, 1975 public stunt/performance in which they drove a souped-up "Phantom Dream Car" (illustration provided) at 50 mph through a flaming pile of TV sets. A JFK impersonator (artist Doug Hall) was on hand to deliver an Independence Day address to a purported throng of 500 onlookers.
