There was an exhibition of Seamus Harahan's recent video works, Cold Open (2010) and Auftakt (2011) at Gimpel Fils in London, from September 6th to October 5th, 2012. In these installation works, Harahan explores notions of chance and authorship. Harahan plays with meaning-making, using narration and images that come in and out of sync with one another.
