Chris Marker's Owl's Eye View

For more than 50 years, under various guises and pseudonyms, Chris Marker has considered topics as intricate as the paradoxes of time, the selectiveness of memory and the weight of social history. This article introduced his latest project, Owls at Noon and his piece in this opus, The Hollow Men. The Hollow Men is a multi-screen prelude inspired by TS Eliot's 1925 poem.
