A review of Sarah Drury's video installation, Voicebox. The piece is interactive, inviting viewers to participate in the multi-part, multi-rhythmic, acapella singing inside a booth to accompany the images on the screen. The participant is allowed to be both singer and listener, manipulator of images and watcher. The author describes the effect of the piece on some participants as well as her own experience.
