This article analyzes two works presented at dOCUMENTA 13: The Pixelated Revolution, by Rabih Mroue and Alter Bahnof Video Walk, by Janet Cardiff and George Bures Miller. The author finds commonalities between the two pieces, in the sense that both address the themes of reality, its mediation, and how our engagement with the real world is being remediated by digital technologies and social media.
