Am I Human? is a post-human exploration of data, artificial intelligence, and surveillance using video and sound. The glitch on screen disrupts communication and represents my questioning about the difficulty in being human in normative cultural standards.
This work was produced through The European Cultural Centre’s performance art workshops. Concrete Shape is a site specific film created and performed by Jesi Jordan at the Diego Rivera Anahuacalli Museum in Mexico City.The special effects are hand made using biodegradable materials such as Oaxacan clay, lava rocks, cactus husks, chicken eggs, and water.
