 Sale and rental prices quoted do not include shipping and customs charges nor do they include applicable taxes. Orders must be placed in writing via fax, post or e-mail. Most domestic orders can be processed and shipped within two weeks of receiving proof of payment. International orders may take more time. If you need your order processed sooner than two weeks, rush fees will apply. Late cancellations will be charged 1/3 the rental fee. Sale orders cancelled after written confirmation is received will be billed for dubbing and videotape stock costs. Once we have given you a quote: * Proof of payment is required (institutional purchase order - domestic clients only), credit card, wire transfer, or pre-payment by cheque) Preview orders are welcomed - the client is responsible for the shipping charges both directions. |

Single Screening
$ 75.00 for tapes 5:01 to 15 minutes $ 100.00 for tapes 15:01 to 30 minutes $ 125.00 for tapes 30:01 to 60 minutes 60 minutes + please contact V tape for a quote Multiple Screening Multiple screening refers to continuous looped exhibition of a single title. Multiple screening rates vary according to title, duration of exhibition, and other factors.Please contact V tape with exhibition details to obtain a quote. Library Screening In the library screening, the videotape is played once for an audience and then remains with the client for a set period of time for screening on request. For tapes of all lengths, the library screening rate is DOUBLE the single screening rental. Sales Videotapes are available for purchase by institutions and individuals, with public performance rights or for home-use lending libraries. Prices vary from title to title, please contact V tape for information. For institutions, V Tape makes tapes available on VHS, DVD, or BETACAM ntsc or pal - terms and conditions of use for archive purposes vary from client to client, please inquire. Sales are for the life of the purchased tape only and are subject to the conditions set out by a purchase contract. Dubbing Rights Some videotapes are available to school boards and exhibitions centres with dubbing rights. Contracts vary according to use. Prices vary according to videotape title, please inquire. |

It is understood that when leasing a videotape for screening that the videotape:
May not be transferred or lent by the licensee to any institution or individual Will be exhibited only in its entirety and may not be excerpted or altered in any way May not be broadcast or cable cast without the prior written consent of V tape May not be submitted to any form of government censorship or classification Must be returned to V Tape promptly and in appropriate packaging (fibre fill mailers may NOT be used as the fibres irreversibly damage the videotape stock - please use bubble pack only)
