Aurora Borealis

1985, 30:00 minutes, colour, French

TAPECODE 9999.038

In the summer of 1985, a contemporary art exhibition about a northern aurora was held in Montréal. Thirty Canadian artists participated in the event, among them Michael Snow, Irene Whittome, Rober Racine and Geneviève Cadieux. Their works focus on the relationship between man and his environment. René Blouin and Normand Thériault attempt to clarify the goal of this exhibition. Presented by the Centre international d'art contemporain.
