The Solent Seer Trilogy
1990, 09:00 minutes, colour, English
Part one of the Solent Seer trilogy, Uno Animo is a visual and spoken word poem first created as a performance piece. It is intensely personal yet detached in its point of view. The rapid rhythm of film/video cuts mesmerise, as words and images blend and contrast. It is a contrapuntal piece of three movements --- the music 'of one mind' -- which uses both cinematic in-camera techniques and post - produced video enhancement and effects.
