Repetition, movement and interwoven sound culminate in a rhythm that stands for the rhythm of the endless cycles of entrapment and of freedom. This video moves through feminist thought meshing interior and exterior, public and private, local and universal to create redundant contradictions. Images are both emblematic and iconosized in an attempt to reach for a symbolic language which speaks of the empowerment of women.
