"Niagara" is a video re-staging of a performance art piece of the same name.
"The Falls demonstrate very clearly to me the mystical union between people and nature. On the most obvious level, Niagara Falls remains a popular honeymoon resort for couples to consummate their own mystical union of marriage. I incorporate this motif into Niagara, and illustrate it through other mystical unions; that of the relationship of the daredevil to Niagara Falls, and the ritual marriage of nuns to Christ. Niagara Falls attracts an inordinate number of suicides, and I believe it has something to do with the ageless power and permanence of such places." -C.K.

Des visions imaginaires d'un mythe, Niagara Falls (enfer ou paradis des lunes de miel) s'entrelassent avec des considérations humoristiques: mariages rituels entre des religieuses et le Christ; funambules casse-cou traversant les Chutes du Niagara sur un fil; consommation de l'union conjugale; l'amour et la mort.
