This Is My View

Surrounded by the hum of insects and the rush of wind, a solitary woman moves through an ancient stone landscape; experiencing it through sound, touch and movement.
Recorded at Writing-On-Stone, Alberta, This Is My View connects the regions diverse past with the present. Three layers of time and space are woven together; the prehistoric (native past), the proto- historic (change and transition) and finally the present. The region's powerful landscape and rock art imagery combine to blur the thin line between past and present.
