Drowning in Your Sleep

Using the Bermuda Triangle as a metaphor for memory, this work attempts to reconstitute a man with imagination and intuition rather than with truth and fact. A Narrative is suggested, while depriving the viewer of any concrete compass direction. And with a dramatic soundscape, the normally benign images of home movies from the 1950s are mined to reveal a haunting undertow in the family dynamic, especially between father and son.
