A five minute music video documents an Island First Nation celebrating - for the first time in years - its Ojibwe heritage through ceremony, song and dance. This Island is Beausoleil.

Prior to its first annual pow wow, the Ojibwe of Beausoleil First Nation did not hold pow wows or ceremonies but in the summer of 1999, this Island community returned to its roots. A totally rocking song Indian Nation takes you to this Island to reveal the pride and strength of a community returning to its culture and celebrating a summer of traditions, dancing and laughing throughout ceremonies and the first Island in the Sun Pow Wow.
