Toronto has a new mayor, but the reality of homelessness remains the same, as OCAP attempts to squat 590 Jarvis in November 2004. "Ghost Squat" attempts to re-vision the protest documentary, with the usual elements - speeches, marching, confrontation - reorganized visually, aurally and chronologically. With a haunting soundtrack from Toronto chamber-rock band Picastro.
