This intimate short invites the viewer to listen to the perspectives of people not often asked to speak about love. People who are homeless are so often framed by poverty that too often they are forgotten as parents, partners, and lovers.
Five people living on the streets of Toronto share observations about love: What does love feel like? How do the streets shape love? Who do you love the most? Does everyone deserve to be loved? As the camera moves around city, as well as around the bodies of the subjects, an intimacy is implied between the viewer, the city, and each speaker. After all, what is homelessness without an intimacy with the streets? What is love without an intimate gaze?
