Toronto socialite Kimberly confronts the underpinnings of her addiction to oxycodone as well as a co-dependent and precarious relationship to her boyfriend Derek. Before leaving on a "business trip", Derek presents Kimberly with an ultimatum: to seek therapy for her troubled life or face the reality of a breakup. This prompts Kimberly to reassess her relationships and dynamics with various individuals, most importantly the relationship she has with herself. This episodic soap draws the audience into a world of social insecurity, addiction, desire, therapy, vulnerability, pathos by design.
