Rosemary Donnelly has been suffering from various auto immune diseases for the last 20 years of her life. A short list gives you an idea of how her life has been affected but not how she, her personality and life, is defined. She has Lupus, MS, Scerloderma, Myathemis Gravis, Diabetes, Congestive heart failure, Pulmonary Hypertension, Pulmonary fibrosis. Yet her will to live and find joy each day defines her perspective. This film portrays a woman who does defeat the medical odds and tries to give us, the viewers hope and humour and song. She reaches us through the joy she feels in living and teaches that life can be more than sickness.
