Eve Langevin

Since the early 1990s, Eve Langevin (artist name: Ève Marie Langevin) works as an interdisciplinary artist, first in the field of documentary and art video as director, scriptwriter and camerawoman, then later as poet, singer, performer utilising written and spoken words, bodyworks, gestural painting and martial art.



In Montreal, she created several art videos. She worked with choreographer and video artist Dominique Banoun and collaborated with the BUS 1.2.3. collective in the 1990s as camerawoman and performer in a multidisciplinary show presented in its final form at fFIDA (fringe Festival of Independant Dance Artists) in Toronto. She also joined the Choeur Maha (director: Kathy Kennedy) as a chorister and participated in shows in many Montreal galleries. She also works with André Pappathomas as chorister in his band.



In Quebec, she is a member of UNEQ, RAIQ and SOCAN.
