Kevin A. Gibbs

Kevin Aaron Gibbs is a renowned trouble maker who regularly runs afoul of the Canadian Radio and Television Commission (CRTC) and other would be media censors. His outrageous radio and print diatribes denouncing all things "conservative" have earned him a national reputation as a cantankerous and irreverent queer voice. In addition to his regular editorial commentary on CKCU-FM's Defiant Voices and in his CAPITAL XTRA column Queertique, Kevin is also the Managing Director of Gallery 101 and a member of the collective which organizes Making Scenes: Ottawa's Lesbian and Gay Film and Video Festival.

A Queer by Choice, his collaborative video with Ali Biggs and Andrew Griffin has been screened at Making Scenes , the Chicago International Gay and Lesbian Film Festival and Peggy's Festival.
