Announcing the 'Artists. Television' symposium dedicated to discussing the implementation of artist-run television / programming in Canada. "Rynard figures talk is where it started for the broadcast windows video artists earned in London and New York. 'It all stems from pressure from artists', she says". The symposium also includes screenings and workshops on video production, running mainly at Trinty Square Video. Major network programming heads join the discussion.
