Urban Elder, directed by Robert S. Adams, is a documentary about the life of Elder Vern Harper and Aboriginal life in Toronto. Vern is a Cree Spiritual Elder and his story is about overcoming his obstacles in bringing Native traditions to the present, in an urban landscape.
