Using two Saskatchewan video artworks as examples of effective and experimental nature of micro-budget productions in the emerging video practices of Saskatchewan cultural sphere. The collaborative efforts of artists working out of not-for-profit art organization Video Verite allows them to have access to high-end digital technology; thus video art can prosper in the Saskatchewan art scene.
