Filmmaker and author Malcolm Rogge describes his experience as a member of the Toronto Video Activist Collective, part of a group of about fifteen independent Toronto filmmakers in Québec City during the Summit of Americas. While filming, he and his fellow filmmakers were confronted by RCMP officers and their belongings were searched. Rogge outlines six lessons learned through the incident.
