David Hall introduces "Video Report", a new column for Studio International. The column's function is to introduce current work and write about upcoming funding opportunities and calls for submissions. In addition to current and local video events, David Hall also uses the column to comment on the changing environment of broadcasting due to the burgeoning field of video art.
