This international exhibition explores the curator's interest in relationships of photographic images and their transitory natures through film and video. As Nicole Gingras states, "We can talk about the transitional effects between film, photography and video. We notice how diverse the experiences put into images can be" (4). As such this exhibition thematically explores the body, place and identity through various manifestions presented by film and video artists. Some Canadian artists included are Mario Cote, Lisa Steele, Cathy Sisler, Joyce Wieland and the Women Video Workshop.
