This essay is a reflection inspired by two works by Richard Fung; Orientation and Chinese Characters. The author explores the typecast fetish of the "well-endowed white male" within the gay porn industry. This examination of Fung's work evokes a consideration of Yukio Mishima's autobiographical novel Confessions of a Mask, as well as the marginalization of, not only gay Asians but, women of colour within the porn industry.
