An interview with David Tuff, where he discusses the sources for his three-channel video installation Are We Going Backwards?. The work addresses stereotypes about the disease and those infected with it, and attempts to halt the audience from buying into the negative media surrounding the epidemic. Through this work, Tuff attempts to create a positive environment for those with HIV and AIDS (a community that he is a part of), and welcomes those who will be understanding, supportive and activists for the rights of those infected.
