An interview with artist Shelagh Keeley concerning her contribution to a group exhibition at The Power Plant Contemporary Art Gallery in Toronto. The author gives a brief background history of the artist and interviews Keeley on her wall installation.

The wall drawing is the first part of a two-stage series called "Notes on Obsolescence". The work is inspired by a short text from Marshall McLuhan's unpublished papers, "A Note on Obsolescence" draws from the global history of the rise and fall of industry. The 24-foot tall installation is composed of photographs and drawings on various materials including Mylar and rag paper.
