The inhospitable place children occupy in society is dramatized in the story of an aging mother and her unmarried daughter who are burdened by an unresolved secret: who killed the daughter's illegitimate baby twenty years earlier? Constructed as a radio play, the viewer takes a seat in a moving automobile as these compelling revelations unfold from the car radio.
