The Nukes and Golf Coincidence

Ariella Pahlke

1995, 10:00 minutes, colour, English

TAPECODE 185.02

The Nukes and Golf Coincidence takes you from the small-town living room of Patsy Blackburn and Cook Slaunwhite to the glamourous world of television media covering the 1995 G-7 Economic Summit in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Through Patsy and Cook's musings about what they're watching, we get transported to a
bizarre tale about why two news crews from different stations are doing the exact same story connecting nuclear bombs and golf. In the end, the women decide to take matters into their own hands.
