Women and Men Are Good Dancers is a dance / music video, also, an intertribal Pow Wow song, which translated from the Cree language means: women and men are good dancers. "Nizhoni" from the Dine' language means: it is beautiful. The "Nizhoni" of the Plains song and dance, in particular the Grass Dance inspired this video.

The Grass Dancer dances solo, then the other dancers rejoin him. The dance/music video features Bert Benson as a principal dancer of the Grass Dance and other dancers who represent the Pow Wow are: Tina Benson, Women's traditional; Daniel Jason, Northern Men's traditional; and Adonius Benson, Girl's fancy. The singers are: Frank Moosomin, Elden Moosomin, Gary Baptiste, and Peter Benson. The dancers and singers are Plains Cree and originate from Red Pheasant Reserve, Saskatchewan, Canada.
