The Secret Song of Twwwalaa (the woman who walks and lives alone and stands by the door with her coat on) A succession of women's faces. Their differences, their affinities. How do you make contact with an other? How can a body bleed into space? How does this space bleed into a body?

"I was trying to bump into her, but I wanted it to happen by accident. We became synchronized to almost never coincide face to face.(...) And then I realized that although it seemed like we were always just missing each other we were actually hitting each other from a million different angles and this was how I got a 3-dimensional and 4-dimensional image of her in my head..."

Twala uses drawing, animation, and live action to create a work that captures the darker side of intimacy and self-disclosure.
