Ang Paghahangad Sa Kalayaan is a documentary video about the lives and struggles of womyn workers in the plantations, factories and service areas of the Phillippines. Through song, text, interviews and images of the Peoples' movement, the herstory and struggles of womyn workers are captured on video. From the Marcos dictatorship to the present Ramos regime, the abuses of the state and military of American imperialism and the expansion of multinational companies are exposed in Ang Paghahang.
