Made during the Sumu Art Residency in Turku, Finland, the Brazilian artist gives an interview to a local newspaper, saying that she would like to be invited by strangers to have dinner at their homes. She receives some invitations and schedules one dinner per night for a week. This video is an account of these encounters. Part of the “Distant Affinities” series, which deals with cultural stereotypes and identity.
