It’s the Thanksgiving weekend and a group of university professors receive a hate letter. Haunted by the explicit threats, they fear for their safety. They meet over dinner to discuss a plan of action. The problem they face is that their fears aren’t taken seriously.
The professors realize that they themselves must act, but how? Is the threat real or imagined? In a small town, their beliefs are not those of the majority and they stand out like sore thumbs. They are visible targets because of the colour of their skin, their accents, and their inability to keep their thoughts to themselves.
