Toronto-based filmmaker Jonathan Culp has spent the last two decades fusing activist inquisitiveness with haywire individualism; defying divisions between high and low art; and blazing trails in his use of collage editing techniques.

This three-hour, two-DVD compilation includes 25 of his best short subjects, ranging from hand processed Super 8 ("The Boob") to transgressive found-footage ("Plasticman and the Justice League") to silent slapstick ("Captain Do-Gooder in 'Help the Needy'").
